A Study on Efficacy of the Mixed Digestive in Cultured Fish, Cyprinus carpio and Oncohyncus mykiss

Abstract

|
A study on efficacy of the mixed digestive was performed to use for the feed additives in cultured fish, mirror carp (Cyprinus carpio) and rainbow trout (Salmo gairdneri). The main ingredients of this additive were extract of ox bile and mixed powders of amylase, cellulase and protease. The test additive was proved to improve feeding habit and feed efficiency and decrease cumulative mortality remarkably. In serological analysis, the GPT, COT and LDH levels of experimental groups decreased after administration compared with control groups. And no side effects and histopathological changes were observed. We can use to improve feed efficiency and liver functions of fish by the dosage of 500g/ton of fish body weight perorally once in a day for 7 days.
